We started Orbital in 2018 with a single belief: agencies talk too much and ship too little. Six years and 400+ brands later, that belief became an operating system — built around AI, automation, and a team that genuinely doesn't stop.
From a 3-person studio to a 400-brand operating system.
In 2018 we were three people in a small office building landing pages for local businesses. We learned the hard way: clients didn't want decks — they wanted things shipped. So we became obsessed with speed.
By 2021 we had a 30-person team across three countries. By 2023 we'd built our first internal tool — what later became HRMS — because no off-the-shelf system kept pace with how fast we onboarded talent.
Today we operate as a hybrid: an agency that ships, and a software studio that automates the rest. Our customers buy services. They stay because the AI quietly removes 60% of their cost.

Pandemic hits. We pivot to async-first ops and start hiring across three continents.
100 brands shipped
Reach 100 launched brands, open the UK and UAE pods, hit profitability.
HRMS goes internal
We build our own HRMS to manage our team. Two clients ask for it. The product line is born.
AI suite kicks off
QMS, Email Agent, Chat Bot and Omni Agent enter R&D. Pods open in Canada and Africa.
